I am passionate about helping people find the right balance for them, which means that they can enjoy their lives to the fullest whilst looking, feeling and performing how they want to. I’ve been a trainer since 2017 and I’ve worked with hundreds of people in group exercises.
I have such a passion for fitness and leading a healthy sustainable lifestyle. My goal is to empower women through exercise and movement and show them how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle that is sustainable throughout their whole lives.
I believe that changing your lifestyle is not just a physical thing but a mental one too. Having battled with my body for a long while I finally found my peace through exercise and nourishing my body with healthy foods. I’ve been on both sides of the spectrum and I know what it takes to become more of a balanced, healthy, fit person, and I’m here to help you!

I coached 12 athletes competing across all federations in bodybuilding, classic, physique and bikini body: placing top 5. 1 overall winner Thobani Moyo: Natural Athlete NABBA winner, competed in WFF (World Fitness Federation) Top 10 placing in Ireland.
I find what works for each individual and tailor a specific routine structured around compound movements, purposeful exercises, and corrective exercises. Fitness should be sustainable and I aim to educate and motivate my clients to continue on with their fitness goals when our time together is complete.
I’m a registered Biokineticist in private practice and Wellness consultant promoting physical activity as a tool for healthier living.
I have an absolute passion for sport and wellbeing, and a keen interest in how the human body works and how it adapts to different situations.
The body is amazing in finding ways to compensate when there is an injury, weakness or tightness in the muscles. In order for the body to move and function optimally we have to try to break these compensations, and for this I am qualified in and use a technique called Be Activated.
I specialise in orthopaedic injury rehabilitation of the neck, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. I also help in the management of chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, cancer and others. More recently, I have had impressive results in working with cerebral palsy patients.
Other areas of speciality include working with athletes, specifically triathletes to gain the strength and stability they need for their specific events, assisting runners with running form and technique as well as weightlifting form correction.
