Even as a child I was passionate about fitness and to help people in reaching their goals.
Jacqui is absolutely passionate about the fitness industry. She has been a very competitive multi disciplined sports athlete throughout her life and has been a sports coach in various sports, at school and University level.
Jacqui is a Psychology Graduate, Qualified chef and now
avidly involved in the fitness industry locally and internationally.
She bacame a WBFF Bikini Pro athlete, 6 months after having her daughter, so she knows what it is like to seek balance with a busy lifestyle, find the time to train, eat well and run a business.
Jacqui finds that structure, routine and accountability is how one can achieve success in healthy lifestyle goals.
She loves working alongside people and realises that every fitness goal is unique, and a lifestyle change should include learnt habits for LIFE! Not a “quick fix”. A lot of the time, a new fitness or health goal is a personal choice and having someone who will help you on your path to your goals , with no judgment and genuine care and concern is what I offer.
I find what works for each individual and tailor a specific routine structured around compound movements, purposeful exercises, and corrective exercises. Fitness should be sustainable and I aim to educate and motivate my clients to continue on with their fitness goals when our time together is complete.

I coached 12 athletes competing across all federations in bodybuilding, classic, physique and bikini body: placing top 5. 1 overall winner Thobani Moyo: Natural Athlete NABBA winner, competed in WFF (World Fitness Federation) Top 10 placing in Ireland.
I am very Passionate about living a healthy & balanced life. I believe that everyone can achieve their goals and still have a balanced lifestyle. I started in the health and fitness industry to help people feel better about themselves not just in the physical but also mentally and emotionally.
When I started living this lifestyle I realized that it influenced my whole life in a positive way. Boosting my Confidence, making more passionate about life, More disciplined and also realizing that life happens and what I am capable of achieving regardless of you circumstances.

I have such a passion for fitness and leading a healthy sustainable lifestyle. My goal is to empower women through exercise and movement and show them how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle that is sustainable throughout their whole lives.
I believe that changing your lifestyle is not just a physical thing but a mental one too. Having battled with my body for a long while I finally found my peace through exercise and nourishing my body with healthy foods. I’ve been on both sides of the spectrum and I know what it takes to become more of a balanced, healthy, fit person, and I’m here to help you!
